Leading Wheelsets and Bogie
Two 3'3½” leading bogie wheelsets will be needed for the LMS Patriot Project. It is planned to use one wheelset form ex Barry scrapyard Stanier 8F number 48518. A second identical wheelset will need to be obtained or manufactured from new. New leading bogie frames will be manufactured with a 6'3" wheelbase.
