Locomotive Frame Assembly

Work continues on a number of fronts on the construction of The Unknown Warrior.

The major work at present is the permanent fitting of the cylinders to the locomotive frame assembly.

The LMS Patriot New Build Project will have its sales stall at this event throughout the day

Swanage Railway Autumn Gala

The LMS Patriot Project will have its sales stall on Swanage Railway station throughout this event.

Mid Hants Railway Autumn gala, Ropley Railway Station

The LMS Patriot Project will be running its sales stall in the educational room at Ropley throughout this event.

Nene Valley Railway, Wansford Railway Station

The LMS Patriot Project will be running its sales stall at Wansford Railway Station throughout this event.

Work continues on a number of fronts on the construction of The Unknown Warrior.

Illustrated Talk On the LMS Patriot New Build Group, Guildford, Surrey

This talk takes place at St Nicolas Church, Bury Street, Guildford, GU2 4AW and has been organised by the Woking & Guildford regional group of the Mid Hants Railway Preservation Society. All welcome.

LMS-Patriot Company announces plans to build a new Fowler 2-6-4T after 'The Unknown Warrior' is completed

The LMS-Patriot Company, the charitable Project that is building the new Royal British Legion Endorsed National Memorial Engine ‘The Unknown Warrior', is pleased to announce its intention to build a new Fowler 2-6-4T once 45551 'The Unknown Warrior' is up and running.

The new tank engine will feature a parallel boiler and will be numbered 42424. Fundraising will not begin until 'The Unknown Warrior' is completed.

Mid Norfolk Railway, East Dereham Railway Station

The LMS Patriot Project sales stall will be at this event throughout the weekend.

Tylesley Open day

The LMS Patriot New Build group will have its sales stall at this event throughout the weekend.
